The girls at Lavender Fields are sweet, gracious, ladylike and kind, and make you feel comfortable and relaxed. This is not the case with every spa experience.

We just returned from a pedicure at another spa and felt like we wanted to run out the door and screaming. The so called “Spa” was packed with people and was so fast-paced that we left feeling full of anxiety and lost among the swarm of people entering and leaving.

The girls that did the pedicures were friendly and experienced, and the pedicure was fine. The reason we went to another spa was because I needed to redeem a 3 year-old gift certificate.

Incidentally, the last time we visited Lavender Fields, we were disappointed to find that you had eliminated OPI nail polish. (There is a difference). The replacement brand chipped easily and the selection of colors was limited, so, we humbly ask that you bring back OPI nail polishes. There truly is a difference between spas and Lavender Fields is a beautiful experience.

We are listening; on your next visit you will find OPI nail polish. The reason we dropped it was the quality had fallen. The problem now seems to be corrected.
