ORDERING FAQ

Q: How long does it take for a gift card to be delivered?

A: Our emailed gift cards arrive in less than 15 minutes. Phone-in boxed gift cards ship Fed-Ex Next Day which means it will be delivered in 2-5 business days. Why 2-5 days? We process orders once a day. If you order a gift card after 4:00 PM it may be processed the next day and then delivered two days after that - which would be the fourth day.

Q: If I buy a gift certificate for a dollar amount, how will the person I give the gift card to know what services to get?

A: Our website address will be on the gift card and the recipient can visit our website to see the services menu or download the PDF of our spa menu. They can also simply call the spa and we will explain our services.
