Our locker room is stocked with fresh, comfortable spa wear and linen for both men and women.

Before your day of pampering begins or the use of our sauna you may wish to change into a robe, sarong wraps, slippers.

Sauna

Our two-person cedar sauna is complementary before any of our massages. You will however need to book the time for the sauna with our reception so we may have it ready for you upon your arrival.

Arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled massage time to thoroughly enjoy your sauna.

The benefit of the sauna is to help heat your muscles so when you do receive massage it becomes more effective. The Massage Therapist will be able to provide deeper work with less pain.

Another benefit is that you will perspire thus drawing toxins from your body allowing the body to recover more quickly from injury.

Always drink plenty of water after any massage, sauna or body treatment to help flush-unwanted toxins from the body.

Not everyone should use steam, sauna or hot stone therapy please check with your Physician before you use any of these.

This is a great introduction to the Lavender Fields Day Spa experience. Our Cypress package begins with our popular Express Facial, an in-depth skin analysis using cleansing, toning, and Yonka day or treatment cream. After this relaxing facial, enjoy our Classic Manicure and Spa Pedicure.

Ultimate Facial-Therapeutic Massage - approximately 2.5 hours

The Juniper package gives you the best of the classic spa experience. This includes a relaxing ninety-minute therapeutic massage by one of our experienced licensed therapists coupled with an Ultimate Facial using Yonka day or treatment cream - customized for your skin type.

Ultimate Facial-Body Glow-Therapeutic Massage-Spa Manicure-Spa Pedicure approximately 5 and 1/2 hours

The Jasmine package offers a complete day at the spa just for you! This package includes an Ultimate Facial using Yonka products customized for your skin type, our Signature Body Glow, which is an organic sugar exfoliation, a relaxing sixty-minute therapeutic massage, Spa Manicure with a moisturizing paraffin treatment, and a Spa Pedicure. Gentlemen's Facial - Hour Massage - Sports Manicure - Sports Pedicure approximately 4 hours

Sandalwood is a spa package specifically designed for men. The spa treatment begins with a deep pore cleansing Gentlemen's Facial. A sixty minute therapeutic massage will immediately follow. Your spa package will end with a Sports Manicure and Pedicure.

Ultimate Facial - Hour Massage - Spa Manicure - Spa Pedicure  approximately 4 hours

The Rose package, the most popular of all of our Day Spa packages, includes a luxurious Ultimate Facial and a sixty-minute therapeutic massage by one of our experienced licensed therapists then; a Spa Manicure with a moisturizing paraffin treatment and Spa Pedicure in an aroma therapy bath will conclude a spa package that has everything.
