Hello,
Greetings from Lavender Fields Day Spa

Welcome to all of our new members and a big hello to all of our old friends. Summer is fleeting quickly for us at this end of the world, maybe because a lot has been happening.

The weekend of the 27th of July a group of us did a major hike and in the White Mountains of New Hampshire. We did the Franconia Ridge by way of the Old Bridle Path up and stopped at the hut for some water and then up Mount Lafayette to the ridge and then down Falling Water down. I am a pretty slow hiker so it took my group about 12 hours in all. Some of the younger folks in our group completed this loop in about 7.

Also did some awesome swimming in the Swift River along the Kancamagus Rt 112. The water was running fast and the rapids were fun.

Off to the Vineyard in August to play the drums a bit (I sing much better than can beat the drums but have fun anyway), sing, swim and even catch a wave if there are any.

Here is the latest Daycation offer and back-to-school reminder.
