Spa Etiquette & Policies


Appointments

To make an appointment you may call the spa directly at 860-747-9958. We suggest making appointments in advance however, please feel free to call us at the last minute and we will do our best to accommodate you.

For leisurely enjoyment of your full treatment, arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled treatment time.

If this is your first visit or first time having a facial or massage with us, you will need to fill out required paperwork. Note: your scheduled time is when your treatment time begins.

We regret, if you arrive late for your scheduled appointment and the therapist has someone waiting for his or her next appointment, we will regrettably have to shorten your treatment time by how many minutes you are late.

Cell Phone/Beeper

To maintain the serenity of our spa experience, we ask that you please turn off your cell phone/beeper upon arrival.

Payment

  2. Credit card guarantee is required when booking spa parties.

Refunds and Product Returns

  1. Products or accessories may be returned for replacement or spa credit when accompanied by a receipt within 30 days.
  2. Yonka products are non-returnable or refundable.

Gratuity

  1. Gratuity is not included in pricing.
  2. A 18% gratuity is added to spa party packages.

Cancellation Policy

  1. A 48-hour notice is required for cancellations.
  2. A courtesy confirmation call will be made 48-72 hours prior to your scheduled appointments.
  3. For appointments not cancelled within 48 hours or resulting in a no-show, a 50% deposit will be required to book an appointent with us in the future. If this next appointment results in a no show or call to cancelle within 48 hours it will result in a forfeit of that deposit.

Spa Party Appointment and Cancellation Policy

  1. A 50% deposit may be required for spa parties.
  2. A 72-hour notice is required for party cancellations.
  3. A courtesy confirmation call/email will be made 48-72 hours prior to your scheduled appointments. The confirmation will only be to the client who reserved the party.
  4. For spa parties not cancelled, resulting in a no-show, 100% of scheduled services will be charged to your credit card.

Gift Certificates

  1. Gift certificates are always for a dollar amount. This includes spa packages or gift certificates made out for services.
  2. Substitution for product or services with gift certificates made out for a specific service is allowed. Any differerence in dollar value is either credited or owed at time of check out.
  3. Gift certificates never expire.
  4. Certificates are non-refundable.
